GP-III Training
6 Month GP-III Training for Ratings
Pre-sea training for General Purpose Crew (GP-III) is conducted at Seamen Training Wing(STW) working under Pakistan Marine Academy, located within the Campus. This Course is of five months duration and conducted twice in each year.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission of GPs
Qualification: Secondary School Certificate(Matric) or equivalent
Age: 18 to 25 years on the date of commencement of the Course.
Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit as per IMO/ILO standards, prescribed for Seafarers. Medical examination is conducted at designated hospitals.
