Tender Notice

1.	Sealed tenders are invited from tax registered suppliers / firms for the following, as per PPRA Single Stage One Envelope Procedure:

i.	Arrangements of Catering & Decoration for Passing Out Parade & Annual Dinner.
ii.	Cadets Mess Contract.
iii.	Purchase of Cadets Stationery 
iv.	Purchase of Office Stationery & Store Items.
v.	Purchase of Drugs & Medicines.
vi.	Printing & Publication
vii.	Purchase of Hardware, Software & I.T Equipments.
viii.	Purchase of Plant & Machinery (Training Workshop).
ix.	Electrification & Plumbing Work
x.	Civil Work (Minor).

2.	Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) in
 form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Commandant, Pakistan Marine Academy (PMA), Karachi.
3.	Duly filled tender documents should reach the office of the undersigned on 04th December, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.
 positively, which will be opened in presence of supplier / authorized representatives and Members of Purchase Committee of
 PMA, Karachi in the Conference Room at Quaid Block, on 04th December, 2018 at 12:00 P.M.
